Order Processing

All treats are prepared and packed with care.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During higher-volume periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. If there is ever a significant delay, we will reach out directly.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

This ensures you are charged the actual cost of shipping rather than an inflated flat rate.


Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

If you have a special request regarding delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.


Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package leaves our facility.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are food items, we are generally unable to accept returns once they have shipped. This helps us maintain safety and quality standards.

However, if something is not right, we want to know.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Or incomplete

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if damage occurred during shipping

We will review the situation and make it right when appropriate.


Non-Food Items

If we offer non-food items (such as gift packaging or select merchandise), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, but we will always try to help if we can.
